This apprenticeship will provide me with the hands-on experience and practical skills I need to succeed in the classroom. I’m eager to learn from experienced educators and develop my ability to support students in their learning, as well as contribute to a positive and productive school environment. This opportunity will not only help me build my confidence but also bring me closer to pursuing a fulfilling career in education.”
Brief Overview
Shaz is passionate about helping children learn and grow. She has always enjoyed helping classmates understand difficult concepts and would like to make a positive difference in pupil’s learning experiences.
Shaz has work experience in a nursery setting as part of her T-Level but has decided that she would prefer to work with older children in a school setting. During her time in the nursery she has helped support the children with learning and activities. She also has experience in her spare time of looking after friends’ and family member’s children, ensuring their safety, managing behaviour and assisting them with homework, projects and assignments.
Shaz has also had some experience working at her local Mosque as a cook.
Having completed her GCSEs, Shaz also gained her Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care with a distinction. Keen to learn new skills, Shaz is eager to collaborate and work closely with pupils and teachers and contribute to a supportive and productive classroom environment.
In her spare time, Shaz loves arts and crafts having completed her Art GCSE, and enjoys painting and sketching, working with clay, designing clothes and sewing.
Shaz is available immediately to begin her Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
