We have recently introduced our TA Apprenticeship programme to invest in our Leanrer Support/Teaching Assistants, providing them with the support, guidance, and training they need to unlock their potential. By doing so, we aim to help schools improve their provision and support, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Learner Support/Teaching Assistants are far more than just an extra pair of hands in the classroom.
